A new year begins with an important moment for Fresh Legal Group.
We are pleased to share an evolution in our partnership and leadership structure.
Luís Alves da Costa, Raquel Silva Simões, and Henrique Faria have joined Zeev Fisher and Daniel Dantas Russo as partners of the firm.
What sets this group apart is not only technical excellence, but a shared commitment to clients, to the team, and to building something durable. This mindset runs through the firm and is reflected in how we work every day.
Today, we want to recognize the contribution of these three new partners.
Luís Alves da Costa joined Fresh more recently, but has quickly become central to the firm. With experience across large international firms, in house roles, and boutique practices, he brings depth in tax and corporate law, with a particular focus on investment funds and complex structuring.
Henrique Faria’s path to Portugal was unexpected, but decisive. After completing a Master’s degree in Tax Law at UC Berkeley, he joined Fresh and has since become a key figure in complex matters involving public authorities, known for his consistency, resilience, and ability to move difficult processes forward.
Raquel Silva Simões joined Fresh after working with some of Portugal’s leading tax firms. She focuses on private wealth and asset protection, advising many of our largest clients and coordinating with advisors across jurisdictions. She is known for her clarity, honesty, and strong sense of responsibility toward client outcomes.
This expansion of the partnership reflects the direction Fresh continues to take. Thoughtful growth, strong leadership, and long-term commitment.
Congratulations to Luís, Henrique, and Raquel. We are proud to move forward together.
