It is a company that shares our value of focusing on delivering the best possible services to clients who appreciate quality. 

Pixelmatters have just recently announced their "Tech Hubs in Portugal" initiative and that is the perfect opportunity to join forces. This initiative, aimed at supporting companies grow their teams in Portugal perfectly complements our services, creating a bridge between high-level product design and software engineering with the essential legal infrastructure required to succeed here.

More importantly, the rapidly changing legal landscape in Portugal has created an opportunity for fast-moving companies to advise reliably to companies that are looking to take advantage of the opportunities that Portugal offers. 

And finally, we always wanted to expand to Porto and waited for the right opportunity. Pedro Abreu will be leading our Porto presence and will be joined from time to time by Rebecca Castro and Daniel Russo, as well as a new hire.
