Alla Kaun is an international lawyer with 7+ years of experience in finance, tax, corporate, and regulatory law. Licensed in Ukraine, she has worked at Baker McKenzie, Dentons, and in-house, supporting cross-border finance, restructuring, and tax projects, including Eurobond issuances. She holds an LL.M. in International Private Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and works in the Tax Department at FRESH Legal Group.
