Beatriz Cabrita Grade

Beatriz is a Portuguese tax lawyer focused on national and cross‑border tax planning for individuals and companies, as well as due diligence and tax litigation, complemented by expertise in the regulatory and AML law of UCIs, particularly private equity and venture capital. Her experience spans a Big Four firm and the tax departments of prominent Portuguese law firms – know‑how she also shares as a certified trainer. She holds a Law degree from the University of Coimbra and a Master's in Tax Law from the Portuguese Catholic University – Lisbon School, where she is completing a Postgraduate Program in Corporate Finance, Restructuring & Litigation.
