Luis Alves da Costa

Luís is a tax and corporate lawyer with over 16 years of experience focused on national and international transactions. With a mixed background in Tier 1 law firms and in-house roles in the financial sector, Luís has accumulated an experience in tax, funds and corporate law that spans from corporate restructuring transactions to day-to-day investment fund compliance, with a plethora of tax knowledge in between. His legal background (Nova School of Law – Lisbon) is complemented by post-graduate courses in accounting (IDEFF – University of Lisbon), insurance and securities law (Instituto BBS - University of Coimbra) and the AESE Executive MBA (Lisbon).
